2011 Potato Pie and Turkey Fry

We had our almost annual Potato Pie and Turkey Fry party a couple of weeks ago.  It was loads of fun and the  weather was unseasonably warm.

Many thanks to everyone who helped out with set up, turkey frying, eating and clean-up!

And, of course,  thanks to everyone for bringing the fantastic food!

Now we just need an appraisal, water sample, and DEC certificate for the septic and the official construction phase will be complete!
